Week 15 Start / Sit

QB: Andy Dalton (Bengals)
Dalton versus a weak Rams team is a must play, him and AJ Green have a tremendous combination going.
PROJECTION: 22

QB: Matthew Stafford (Lions)
This looks like a trap game for us fantasy players. Lions are on the road versus a pesky Raiders defense, Yes they have been on a slide but never the less are solid at home.
PROJECTION: 12

RB: Felix Jones (Cowboys)
Demarco Murray is down and out for the count need I say more? Jones can be a player to take you into the Fantasy championship game for next week.
PROJECTION: 16

RB: Roy Helu (Redskins)
I cannot trust a player who is under the Mike Shanahan regime.
PROJECTION: 6

RB: Donald Brown (Colts)
I love this matchup for Brown this week, and you can see that Addai has been put to the side to give the younger guys a look. Brown has been solid and very productive.
PROJECTION: 14

RB: Willis McGahee (Broncos)
I see the Broncos down a lot and early Tim Tebow time runs out this week the Patriots have too much offense and will force the Broncos out of the run game.
PROJECTION: 5

FLEX: Marion Barber (Bears)
With Forte out and the Bears offense sputtering like an old engine, Barber will have to take the rock more and make sure he holds on to it this time around.
PROJECTION: 13

FLEX: Reggie Bush (Dolphins)
Bush has been one of the best running backs in the NFL the past 5 weeks YES! In the NFL, but with the Fish traveling to Buffalo and the cold weather always putting the fish out of water, Bush this week struggles for the first time in a while.
PROJECTION: 6

WR: Damien Williams (Titans)
The Colts defense has been horrendous all year long, If Hasselback can get it together and capture the open spots I see Williams having a HUGE day on Sunday.
PROJECTION: 17

WR: Steve Smith (Panthers)
For some odd reason I see the Texans shutting down Smith this week, making the Panthers to beat them with the run and some short dump passes.
PROJECTION: 6

WR: David Nelson (Bills)
Dolphins have been playing good defense but now they travel to a cold frigged Buffalo house which they have never played well in, Nelson can be in for a great game.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Santonio Holmes (Jets)
The Eagles have looked decent the past 2 weeks and now the Jets travel to Philly for a much important game for both teams I just see the Eagles making it hard on Mark Sanchez and the Jets.
PROJECTION: 6

TE: Jermaine Gersham (Bengals)
I got Dalton as my sleeper QB this week, I believe his Tight End will get plenty of targets.
PROJECTION: 11

TE: Dustin Keller (Jets)
Once again Eagles will look to dominate early.
PROJECTION: 4

DEF: Bengals
As you can see by now I am riding the Cincinnati Bengals bandwagon this week HARD!
PROJECTION: 16

DEF: Vikings
The Vikings are just depleted and have nothing going for them you can tell they are already looking forward to next season.
PROJECTION: 4

KICKER: John Kasay (Saints)
Lots of points mean lots of kicks.
PROJECTION: 10

KICKER: Josh Brown (Rams)
I mean the rams just look awful and I feel bad for anyone who needs to start Josh Brown.
PROJECTION: 4

Week 14 Start / Sit

QB: Matt Moore (Dolphins)
Moore has been one of the most consistent quarterbacks in the past 5 weeks and if you are going into the playoffs with someone like Ryan Fitzpatrick, Michael Vick, or Mark Sanchez, I highly suggest you look at Moore. Being at home versus a demoralized Eagles team is a PLUS.
PROJECTION: 21

QB: Matt Ryan (Falcons)
I have lost lots some faith in Ryan last couple of weeks. Not only has he been up and down the Falcons are not scoring what they are capable of. Matt Ryan has struggled and I now with the Fantasy playoffs here he is a risky choice.
PROJECTION: 13

RB: C.J. Spiller (Bills)
Spiller is a MUST start in every format. He runs the ball, catches the ball, and is used heavily in all Offensive packages the Bills run. Not only can he be one of those late season pickups to help you win, he can have a HUGE week here and there and help you get to championship.
PROJECTION: 15

RB: Ben Jarvis Ellis (Patriots)
I cannot trust Ellis or his coach. No one ever knows what’s going on with the Patriots because one day you get Danny Woodhead, the next you get Green Ellis and then there is a bump in the road and you get a dose of Stephen Ridley. Remember people it’s playoff time.
PROJECTION: 6

RB: Shonn Green (Jets)
Green should have a nice day at home versus the beat up Chiefs. Green has clearly taken center stage in the Jets backfield and is proven now his worth for those of you who drafted him early. Take note that the Jets will most likely pound the ball a lot this game so it’s a great matchup.
PROJECTION: 13

RB: Stephen Jackson (Rams)
To me this is a trap game for Jackson and all of you who own him in fantasy leagues. Remember right now is no time to take a risk because most of us are playing in the first round of the playoffs. Go with your knowledge and heart which MY heart says bench Jackson this week with a stingy Seahawks defense he faces.
PROJECTION: 7

FLEX: Reggie Bush (Dolphins)
Bush continues to be nothing but productive for owners who were patient with him or picked him up off the waiver wire weeks ago. Once again he should have a nice day with a few dump offs here and there Eagles come in beat up so make sure you pick the right matchups.
PROJECTION: 13

FLEX: Marques Colston (Saints)
I would bench Colston for one simple reason this week. There are too many weapons in the Big Easy and Brees will most likely spread the ball around like butter. Brees is a master of getting everyone involved so while I see Colston being a little productive I see him hurting a few people that rely on him heavily to supply big points.
PROJECTION: 6

WR: Michael Crabtree (49ers)
Crabtree has become Alex Smith’s favorite target of late. Crabtree started off slow in the season but has done nothing but play solid the last 4 weeks of the season. While the 49ers are on the road they have a soft matchup versus the Cardinals where I see Crabtree getting into the end zone.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Julio Jones (Falcons)
Like I wrote for Matt Ryan in the last few weeks the Falcons have let me down and I would not gamble with them this week especially when most of us are playing in week 1 of the playoffs. It’s time to play smart not with your top guys just cause you drafted them high.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Percy Harvin (Vikings)
Harvin has been playing extremely well in the past 2-3 weeks. This week the Vikings are on the road versus the HIGH powered Lions, Ponder will look Harvin’s way a lot and not only that Harvin has even gotten some carries while Peterson’s ankle has kept him sidelined.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Reggie Wayne (Colts)
Ok, I know you guys are going to say he has been pretty relevant the past 2 weeks but are you guys really going to play him versus Baltimore and in such an important stretch? Just stay away and sit him down.
PROJECTION: 4

TE: Anthony Fasano (Dolphins)
Once again here is another Dolphin that has been nothing but solid the past 4 weeks. The Miami Dolphins might be 4-8 but, they definitely have lots of players on their roster putting up quality numbers.
PROJECTION: 11

TE: Kellen Winslow (Buccaneers)
Freeman? Bust… Blount? Bust… Williams? Bust… Winslow? Ok… Do you really want to start someone that has been ok? No I suggest you look elsewhere like Fasano, Olsen, Shockey, even Dustin Keller
PROJECTION: 4

DEF: Bengals
Andre Johnson is banged up ONCE AGAIN! And the Texans will be going with a 3rd string Quarterback the Bengals have potential to have a field day on Sunday look out.
PROJECTION: 16

DEF: Titans
They are playing the New Orleans Saints bottom line…
PROJECTION: 4

KICKER: Sebastian Janikowski (Raiders)
Just to clear up the air make sure you STILL start this man even though he had 2 points last week don’t get cute it can come back and backfire.
PROJECTION: 10

KICKER: Matt Bryant (Falcons)
Like I have been saying through my post the Falcons offense is lackadaisical look up that word in case you don’t know it.
PROJECTION: 4

Week 13 Start / Sit

QB: Matt Moore (Dolphins)
If you’re looking for a reliable quarterback and have had injuries to Vick, Schaub, or Cutler, Moore is a good start this week for someone fighting for that last playoff spot in any league.
PROJECTION: 19

QB: Joe Flacco (Ravens)
First off I don’t like this matchup cause I see the Ravens running a lot and hard with Ray Rice. Second Flacco has NOT proven himself this year when he has had the chance so I say don’t take the risk just cause you see the Browns on the schedule.
PROJECTION: 10

RB: Marshawn Lynch (Seahawks)
Eagles look depleted and exhausted, The Seahawks are at home and I look for Lynch to run hard and efficient versus a team in disarray.
PROJECTION: 15

RB: Cedric Benson (Bengals)
Yes Benson has been running well and hard versus a lot of good defenses but the Steelers are not good they are GREAT and at home makes them even tougher look elsewhere.
PROJECTION: 7

RB: Maurice Morris (Lions)
Even if Kevin Smith plays I don’t see him being very productive. Morris has played better and better every week he gets more than 15 touches look for Morris to establish himself early and run well.
PROJECTION: 13

RB: Steven Jackson (Rams)
Jackson excites me and then he worries me, I mean such a talent like his should be starting every week right? But this week is not just any week most of you all are fighting for playoff spots so play smart not dumb. He is going against the 49ers defense on the road the 49ers are tough and are looking to bounce back be cautious.
PROJECTION: 7

FLEX: C.J. Spiller (Bills)
I love Spiller as a flex because I mean come on, who can honestly say they start a flex player that has as much upside as Spiller. He is the only one in that Bills backfield that will get a lot of touches and he is at home.
PROJECTION: 12

FLEX: Dwayne Bowe (Chiefs)
Listen, I know he has been a stud muffin all year but here it goes… One you’re fighting for a spot in postseason and, two they really have NO QUARTERBACK! Enough Said!
PROJECTION: 6

WR: Nate Burleson (Lions)
Burleson is a great secondary receiver and should be noted that he gets plenty of looks when Calvin “Megatron” Johnson is being doubled team. Once again, if you’re looking to make some postseason noise don’t just go with a brand name go with someone who will produce.
PROJECTION: 11

WR: Roddy White (Falcons)
I know White has been flaming hot the last few weeks but prior to that he was MIA and I’m not referring to what happens in war either. Be careful with White here especially in such a crucial week like this one for playoff position he can bite you in the butt later on.
PROJECTION: 7

WR: Antonio Brown (Steelers)
Man do I love this guy, not only does he produce but he is tough and goes down the middle for Big Ben. Look for Brown to have a nice week as the Bengals will focus on Mike Wallace and Brown will have plenty of targets.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Steve Johnson (Bills)
Steve “shot myself in the foot” Johnson not only did he shot himself in the thigh when he scored but he shot himself in the foot when he dropped key balls thrown to him at the end of the day. Before all his big attention this week he went 5 weeks without a touchdown I see streak starting once again.
PROJECTION: 6

TE: Anthony Fasano (Dolphins)
For some reason Fasano has waken up in the last 4 weeks he makes an excellent play this week if you’re in need of a BIG splash at TE to secure your playoff spot just look at his numbers because numbers don’t lie.
PROJECTION: 10

TE: Brandon Pettigrew (Lions)
Pettigrew has been fairly quite last few weeks and I suggest not risking a play on him with this game at New Orleans can turn into shoot out and all targets going to Megatron.
PROJECTION: 5

DEF: Buccaneers
Versus Carolina at home I really like this matchup as Cam Newton like to sling away and a pick or two is likely.
PROJECTION: 14

DEF: Packers
This game has the potential key word POTENTIAL to big a HIGH scoring game so with all that said I suggest sitting the Packers defense for this one. Yes I know Manning tends to make a lot of mistakes but those usually are on the road and the Giants are at home.
PROJECTION: 6

KICKER: David Akers (49ers)
Akers has been nothing but MONEY for San Francisco similar to what he was last year for the Eagles so I say start the man and at home he has potential for a whole lot of points.
PROJECTION: 10

KICKER: Matt Bryant (Falcons)
Bryant is shaky just like the Falcons offense so be careful with using him as your best option.
PROJECTION: 4

Start / Sit Week 11

QB: Colt McCoy (Browns)
McCoy has been solid some weeks and others he has been well let’s just say average. This week versus the Jaguars he should have one of those better weeks. If you have say Drew Brees or Ben Roethlisberger on a bye McCoy is not a bad choice given he is up against a weak Jaguars defense.
PROJECTION: 19

QB: Philip Rivers (Chargers)
Rivers keeps disappointing me and I benched him a few weeks ago, so with that said I say bench him again. On the road versus the Bears is NOT a simple task. Just look back and see at what the Bears did to the Lions this past week.
PROJECTION: 8

RB: Reggie Bush (Dolphins)
If you follow my site I said start him last week, what did he do? Well he only had 2 touchdowns guess that doesn’t mean much. Well I say start him again why because the bills are in town and there will be a lot of offense. Bush looks more comfortable in the Dolphins offense as well so he has been very efficient.
PROJECTION: 16

RB: Cedric Benson (Bengals)
He has loss touches to Bernard Scott since coming back from suspension. This week Benson faces the Ravens on the road, I think that’s enough said given Benson hasn’t been himself since coming back.
PROJECTION: 7

RB: Brandon Jacobs (Giants)
I will be honest at first I didn’t believe in Jacobs, but ever since becoming the starter all he has done is make non-believers like me become believers. This week the Giants are at home, playing the struggling Eagles and Jacobs has been running well and hard. I say start him as a number 1 this week.
PROJECTION: 15

RB: LeGarrette Blount (Buccaneers)
Blount is recently off an injury and playing versus the 9-0 Packers which doesn’t help one bit. The Packers have a strong defense period and Blount is going to struggle against the Pack. To make matter worst it’s on the road at lambeau field.
PROJECTION: 6

FLEX: Nate Washington (Titans)
With all the attention being placed on Damien Williams, I believe Washington will have a nice day. The Titans can put up points, and if any indication that Johnson is still relevant Washington can get some open looks down field and once again be Hasselbeck’s deep threat. I say go with your gut here but Washington to me looks like a good play.
PROJECTION: 13

FLEX: Dwayne Bowe (Chiefs)
For the last month Bowe has struggled it’s just that simple and now with No Cassel, No running game, and most likely no chance for a clear path to the playoffs Bowe will be more of an afterthought than the go to guy in Kansas City.
PROJECTION: 7

WR: Chad Johnson (Patriots)
YES! Finally my gut feeling pick comes around, this is for a true true deep sleeper league. Chad Johnson in the last 3 weeks has gotten more involved in offense and looked more in sync with Brady. Look for Brady and Johnson to use this game as sort of a let’s see what kind of connection we can create. The Chiefs won’t be able to stop the Pats offense so Johnson, being the one offensive player that has been non-relevant gets a chance to possibly shine.
PROJECTION: 13

WR: Victor Cruz (Giants)
I see the Giants pounding and pounding the ball this week versus the Eagles. They will try to wear out the Eagles run defense to open up the game for the air attack, but there is only on problem! Since Cruz has had the hot hand in the last few weeks, I look for Nnamdi Asomugha to cover him like a blanket this weekend.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Michael Crabtree (49ers)
The 49ers face the Cardinals at home this week, I look for Jim Harbaugh to have this team prepared to the MAX so they don’t let up against a weaker opponent. Crabtree has definitely shown signs of life in the last few weeks and if he can manage to kick it into high gear this week it will only setup a great matchup for week 12 when the 49ers visit the Ravens.
PROJECTION: 16

WR: Vincent Jackson (Chargers)
I don’t know what to really say about Jackson, at one point in the season I really liked him a lot then things went sour. Now after the meltdown on Thursday Night Football I don’t know what to expect out of Jackson. All I will say is to play it on the safe side since they are going up against the Bears on the road bench him just like I did the Quarterback.
PROJECTION: 5

TE: Ed Dickinson (Ravens)
I really like Dickinson not only does he get open and catch the ball, Flacco tends to relay on him on critical short yardage situations which include the red zone. If you need a plug this week at Tight End look for Dickinson in your leagues.
PROJECTION: 11

TE: Kellen Winslow II (Buccaneers)
Winslow once regarding as possibly one of the best tight ends to come out of college is just a normal tight end on the field now in days. Greg Olsen and Jeremy Shockey combined and which are both on the same team are having better seasons than Winslow. Winslow is alone in the Buccaneers depth chart for tight ends and he still doesn’t make a good play.
PROJECTION: 4

DEF: Browns
The Browns play well at home and the defense isn’t shabby at all. They face the Jaguars at home this weekend and if you’re looking for a quick fix the Browns won’t be a bad team to pick this week
PROJECTION: 14

DEF: Eagles
My ole my, are the Eagles just in total disarray. Remember people Vick might NOT play so with that being the case the Giants might cause massive amount of turnovers versus Vince Young leading to easy scores for the Giants.
PROJECTION: 4

KICKER: Dan Carpenter (Dolphins)
The Dolphins offense is no juggernaut but can move the ball, Carpenter may see lots of looks this weekend to keep the game close. Carpenter is a nice play with great weather in Miami.
PROJECTION: 10

KICKER: Olindo Mare (Panthers)
Mare has been good cause the Panthers do move the ball, but with the Panthers playing the Lions this week and the Panthers needing to score (Touchdowns NOT Field Goals) Mare might not see the field as much.
PROJECTION: 4

Week 10 Start / Sit

QB: Matt Hasselbeck (Titans)
Seattle has been playing much better offensively. Lynch has been running the ball well and has settled Hasselbeck down. I like, not love the fact that they are at home against the Ravens which means a lot of possible passes for Hasselbeck
PROJECTION: 21

QB: Eli Manning (Giants)
The 49ers defense has been much underrated for the past weeks if not season. Manning will have a tough time on the road especially against a defense which has helped San Francisco get to 7-1. In my book Manning is not a good start at all.
PROJECTION: 9

RB: Jackie Battle (Chiefs)
Battle has to be more involved for the Chiefs to win this week and I believe that will be the case. The Chiefs have Tebow at home so I see more opportunities presenting themselves for the Chiefs offense. Look for Battle to have a good game.
PROJECTION: 17

RB: Fred Jackson (Bills)
Jackson has been a little quiet the past few weeks. This week the Bills visit the Cowboys and Big D’s front four is no easy task. I look for Fred Jackson once again to have a semi decent performance, only because he is used in the passing game as much as any other back in the league
PROJECTION: 8

RB: Reggie Bush (Dolphins)
Bush has been much more involved and efficient in the Dolphins offense the past 2 weeks. Bush has become basically a lead back and made him a viable fantasy option. At home versus the Redskins I see the same kind of success look for him to continue his streak.
PROJECTION: 14

RB: Beanie Wells (Cardinals)
Wells has been injury prone all year basically, but not until 2 weeks ago had those injuries affected his play on the field. Just for precautionary reasons I would sit him out. I can’t rely on a player that the past 2 weeks has struggled and this week faces an Eagles defense at home which has improved the past 3 weeks.
PROJECTION: 7

FLEX: Shonn Greene (Jets)
Green has a chance to prove this week he can run with the best of them. This game is going to be hard noise football for the start. The Jets are home and will pound the ball to wear down the Patriots defense as much as they can. I would definitely start Greene as a flex this week.
PROJECTION: 14

FLEX: Marshawn Lynch (Seahawks)
If you read my QB Start then you would understand why I say bench Lynch. Yes, Lynch has improved and even helped the Seahawks offense to open up but with the Ravens in town this game is going to be much more about how much pass attempts Hasselbeck has than how many times he hands off to Lynch.
PROJECTION: 6

WR: Jordy Nelson (Packers)
Nelson so been nothing but MONEY for Rodgers this season. Not only does Nelson get open and catch the ball, he gets the ball in the end zone no matter what part of the field he is in. Nelson has turned out to be a great 3rd target for Rodgers and I look for that to Continue.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Brandon Marshall (Dolphins)
Wow how Marshall has fallen down to reality. Three years ago right now we would be talking about Marshall and saying “Did you see how many balls he caught in that game”. NOW we are begging that not only he catches it, but that one of them happens to be in the end zone. So I say let’s keep hoping and praying.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Antonio Brown (Steelers)
I believe Big Ben has found his new favorite target in Antonio Brown this guy is actually putting up better numbers than Mike Wallace. Brown not only is efficient but gets open when Big Ben needs him too. If you haven’t added this guy do so fast and start him.
PROJECTION: 15

WR: Roddy White (Falcons)
Bench, Bench, and Bench this guy some more. Not only has he been a disappointment he isn’t even the best receiver on his team anymore Julio Jones is. White needs to be benched like a lot of owners don’t stress yourself this far deep in the season there are other options.
PROJECTION: 6

TE: Scott Chandler (Bills)
Wow this guy has been such a nice addition to Ryan Fitzpatrick’s arsenal. Chandler just finds the end zone not only in the United States but in Canada (Overseas) start this guy there will be a lot of throwing in Dallas.
PROJECTION: 12

TE: Tony Gonzalez (Falcons)
I think age is catching up already, yes he still has flashes some weeks where he shows he still prominent but this late in the season I need someone that’s going to be reliable every down.
PROJECTION: 5

DEF: Packers Defense
I will go out on a limb and say Packers Defense can possibly have a field day but, Christian Ponder has been playing well so I would start them but on the cautious side.
PROJECTION: 15

DEF: Giants Defense
I believe the 49ers will give the Giants Defense fits this weekend. The Giants which are already NOT that good at stopping the past face a monster of a running back in Gore. Look for the Giants to struggle this week.
PROJECTION: 6

KICKER: Jason Hanson (Lions)
The Lions once again will have plenty of opportunities to score and Hanson will be in red zone a lot look for another great day from Hanson.
PROJECTION: 11

KICKER: Alex Henery (Eagles)
Eagles will score this week but mostly touchdowns and on short 4th downs they will probably go for it near the end zone.
PROJECTION: 5

Week 9 Start / Sit

QB: Andy Dalton (Bengals)
Dalton looks like the real deal, Dalton and A.J. Green are on pace to break a few rookie records including the most TD passes by a rookie QB and a rookie WR. He is on the road against the Titans and honestly hasn’t been fazed by anyone’s defense this year so far so I would put my marbles on Dalton. Some of you might have Stafford or Newton on a bye I would definitely consider Dalton.
PROJECTION: 20

QB: Jay Cutler (Bears)
After what the Eagles defense did to Romo on Sunday night, I wouldn’t gamble with Cutler on Monday night. The Eagles once again are at home and determined to prove they aren’t going anywhere. In addition, Cutler has that gun slinger mentality so it might prove costly versus an Eagles team on a mission.
PROJECTION: 7

RB: Javon Ringer (Titans)
I see Ringer playing a much bigger role going forward not only to give Chris Johnson a breather, but to settle Johnson down the stretch so he can get back on track. Ringer has speed and good enough hands to make some big plays so watch out. With Chris Johnson struggles and even getting benched in last week’s game, Ringer will see an increased load starting this week.
PROJECTION: 12

RB: Cedric Benson (Bengals)
Benson is coming off a one game suspension and off his one game suspension he is playing against the Titans on the road which means a lot. The Titans are a very stingy defense and Benson has been very non-productive so far this season. I would suggest looking at a Ringer or Delone Carter instead of forcing the issue with Benson.
PROJECTION: 6

RB: Jackie Battle (Chiefs)
Battle looked good Monday night versus a decent Chargers defense and there is no competition in the backfield to cut into his carries. Forward to week 9 and the Chiefs face the dreadful Miami Dolphins at home. The Dolphins flat out stink and Battle might be able to have his best game of the season, as far as I’m concerned to me he is a must start.
PROJECTION: 15

RB: James Starks (Packers)
The Packers pass too much and do it too well with Rodgers. Starks has been ok at best and really non-impressive at time, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It’s just not the year for Packers running backs as you soon will see my flex sit’em.
PROJECTION: 6

FLEX: Malcom Floyd (Chargers)
I love what the Chargers have been doing with Floyd lately (MORE TARGETS THAN JACKSON) though that only happens because Vincent Jackson gets doubled teamed, but that’s beside the point. The Packers are in town and this should be a high flying affair. Look for Floyd to have a nice game possibly get back to back 100 yard receiving games after Monday night’s performance.
PROJECTION: 13

FLEX: Ryan Grant (Packers)
Remember all those things I said about Starks? Well they apply to Ryan Grant as well. It’s just not the year for Packer running backs, all they do is spilt too much time.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Nate Washington (Titans)
I have fallen in love with Washington since Britt went down with his injury. Washington has done nothing but produce and prove all the naysayers wrong. Washington should continue to see a lot of targets in the upcoming weeks especially with the Titans fighting for a playoff spot. For some of you who have Steve Smith or Calvin Johnson on the byes Nate Washington could be a nice flex play this week versus the Bengals.
PROJECTION: 12

WR: Steve Johnson (Bills)
Steve Johnson has cooled off that last couple weeks and only caught 1 touchdown pass in his last 4 games. This week it doesn’t get any easier with Revis Island mostly likely covering him for a big portion of the game. I say be cautious and look at some possible free agents out there Johnson is an extremely risky play this week.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Early Doucet (Cardinals)
Doucet is becoming a HOT commodity in all fantasy formats, I knew about this guy even before the season started go look at my sleeper’s column I posted one week before the start of the NFL season. Docuet is benefiting from all the attention to Larry Fitzgerald and that’s what you want to see a 2nd receiver on any team do produce like he has.
PROJECTION: 11

WR: Reggie Wayne (Colts)
Until Peyton Manning is back in the lineup I refuse to start this guy in any kind of format simple and plain. Look into someone like Antonio Brown or Early Doucet they will be a much better fit.
PROJECTION: 4

TE: Brent Celek (Eagles)
Vick seems to be getting very comfortable with Celek and has involved him in the offense the past 3 weeks. Celek can be a nice pickup not only for a bye week plug but a late playoff push run in your leagues. Celek has the ability to be a smaller version of a young Cooley; he is very versatile and catches the ball very well.
PROJECTION: 9

TE: Dallas Clark (Colts)
I know some people still starting this guy WHY? I don’t have any idea. Here is some quick advice bench him for the remainder of the year and go get someone like Jermaine Gresham, Heath Miller, or even Jared Cook.
PROJECTION: 3

DEF: Kansas City Chiefs
They play the Miami Dolphins at home and the Dolphins are the worst team in the NFL in about every single category enough said.
PROJECTION: 16

DEF: Green Bay Packers
For some reason, I believe this one can turn into a shoot out and ugly for both defenses. While the Packers have a great defense they will be on the road with a trigger happy Rivers and his very explosive wide receivers.
PROJECTION: 5

KICKER: Ryan Succop (Chiefs)
He is going to get plenty of opportunities, matter of fact more than he is used to so be happy and pick him up.
PROJECTION: 10

KICKER: Matt Prater (Broncos)
As long as Tebow is behind center I don’t think Prater will ever see the field.

Week 8 Start / Sit

QB: Christian Ponder (Vikings)
I love what I’ve seen out of Ponder so far this season. This week the Vikings travel to visit the Panthers and we should all expect some points up on the board. He seems to have a connection with Jenkins so keep an eye out for that as well.
PROJECTION: 21

QB: Philip Rivers (Chargers)
Rivers looks out of sync with his offense the past 2 weeks. I would not recommended starting him this week at all giving it’s on the road and a divisional game which always brings surprises. Just look at his stats so far this season 9 Touchdowns 11 Interceptions not a good sign of quality play.
PROJECTION: 9

RB: Jackie Battle (Chiefs)
Battle should get his share of carries this week, last week was all the hype and talk but this week should be the real deal. They are at home and the division game alone brings up the intensity for this game. Battle should get a minimum of 20-25 carries this Sunday.
PROJECTION: 17

RB: Chris Johnson (Titans)
Ok, I know people are going to look and say “ARE YOU CRAZY” well here is why. First off if you’re someone who has picked up Jackie Battle, DeMarco Murray, or Delone Carter off waivers, do the math they’ve been outperforming Johnson for the past weeks. Second I think many of us are frustrated with his performance this year so far so sitting him wouldn’t hurt anyways.
PROJECTION: 7

RB: DeMarco Murray (Cowboys)
Well after 200 plus yards are you really going to bench this guy even if he’s on the road versus the Eagles? I mean the kid is serious and with Choice’s fumble problems Murray can be in for the bulk of the carries for the next 3 weeks till Felix Jones continues to heal.
PROJECTION: 15

RB: Ben Jarvis Green Ellis (Patriots)
The Patriots are on the road versus the stingy Steelers defense. I know lots of people have this game being a shoot out which I can agree to a certain extent, but let’s all be realistic here if someone is going to get touchdown’s quick it’s going to be the wipeouts.
PROJECTION: 6

FLEX: Delone Carter: (Colts)
Bottom line he is a safe play with Addai being injured so often. Carter got lots of touches even after the Saints trashing them for 62 points so if you got him on your benches start him over someone like the previous two sit’em running backs I mentioned.
PROJECTION: 12

FLEX: Reggie Wayne: Colts
Please bench this guy at all cost!!! Wayne is nowhere near what he was or has been the past 8 seasons. I know a few guys still starting him in certain leagues and all its doing is hurting them instead of helping.
PROJECTION: 4

WR: Victor Cruz: (Giants)
Cruz should be in for a BIG week versus what could be the worst team in the NFL. The Dolphins cannot cover anyone in the secondary and have been one of the worst in the pass. I would say all systems go on Victor Cruz this week and him having a solid week.
PROJECTION: 14

WR: Jeremy Maclin (Eagles)
The Cowboys will most likely focus their full attention on Maclin since he has killed them previously. Maclin has been fairly quite in recent weeks but this matchup should help him get back on his toes after the bye week I just don’t recommend a start right away.
PROJECTION: 5

WR: Antonio Brown: (Steelers)
Brown has been a solid number two option for Big Ben the past 3-4 weeks. If you look inside the numbers he is actually toe to toe with Mike Wallace as far as targets and looks like the better receiver between him and Hines Ward. I would definitely take a chance on him this week with potentially the Patriots and Steelers being a HIGH scoring game.
PROJECTION: 11

WR: Larry Fitzgerald: (Cardinals)
I would suggest benching him but then again who benches a guy that is this good. Well if it was me I would Baltimore can’t score a lick on offense, but they still managed to stop everyone in their tracks and that includes top notch receivers like Fitzgerald. I say go with your heart and if it says start him “Hey at least I warned you”
PROJECTION: 6

TE: Heath Miller: (Steelers)
Miller has been very under the radar lately but he has come up big in recent weeks. Big Ben has targeted him more than he did the first 4 weeks of the season, leading some people like myself that possibly Big Ben and Miller got their connection back. If so this can make for a playoff push in any league deep down the stretch.
PROJECTION: 10

TE: Dallas Clark: (Colts)
One word “BENCH”
PROJECTION: 2

DEF: New York Giants
I have two words this time “FIELD DAY” Matt Moore is bound to turn the ball over several times and can lead to a touchdown or two. Look for the Giants defense to be the leaders in scoring this week.
PROJECTION: 16

DEF: Philadelphia Eagles
This is the game I see having the highest score of the week. I see this game finishing 38-31 someone winning just can’t point my finger to which team it will be. Regardless, both the Cowboys defense and the Eagles should both be benched this week.
PROJECTION: 4

KICKER: Dan Bailey (Cowboys)
There will be a lot of scoring in this game and with a lot of scoring comes the kicker out a lot so look for Mr. Bailey to get a heavy dosage of calls on Sunday.
PROJECTION: 11

KICKER: Adam Vinateri (Colts)
Adam’s team is on stagnant mode right now. For those of you who don’t know what that means it’s another word for dormant and for those of you who don’t know what that means it just means plain pathetic.
PROJECTION: 3
